Dhahran Boulevard is the planned extension of Dhahran Mall: a mixed-use destination close to the Khobar sea front and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
The plans include a lifestyle boulevard with cafés and shaded walkways, hotels from five-star to serviced apartments, gardens and water features, and a marina connecting the destination to the waterfront.
Together with the renewed mall, it will create a place to shop, dine, stay and spend time outdoors, designed around the community it serves. We will share news here as the project moves forward.
