Since opening in 2005, Dhahran Mall has been where Eastern Province families meet, celebrate and spend time together. Al-Tajdeed, meaning renewal, is our promise to honour that trust.
The programme began in December 2025 and continues throughout 2026. Step by step, and while the mall stays open, we are refreshing our spaces with new seating, brighter finishes, refreshed washrooms and more places to pause, renovating a whole wing, and improving the way you find your way around.
Al-Tajdeed is also about experiences: more family shows, more community events and more reasons to stay a little longer. And it prepares for the next chapter, the planned Dhahran Boulevard, which will add new hospitality, outdoor and waterfront spaces next to the mall.
