Since opening in 2005, Dhahran Mall has been where Eastern Province families meet, celebrate and spend time together. TAJDEED, meaning renewal, is our promise to honour that trust. It began in December 2025 and is built on three pillars.

Doing more with and for the people we serve: race-kit collection for the Sharqiyah International Race, an inclusive day with the Swaed Association, and the Saudi Made pop-up for local makers.

Refreshing the mall while it stays open: new seating, brighter finishes, refreshed washrooms and more places to pause, a renovated wing, easier wayfinding, and more family shows and events.
Future
Preparing for the next chapter: the planned Dhahran Boulevard will add hospitality, outdoor and waterfront spaces next to the mall, and a new website and app will help you plan every visit.
